Functionality: It allows the admin to define the service request category and SLA for employees. 

Accessibility: Admin role only 


Process: Path – Home > HR Desk > HR Service Desk > Service Desk Category


Step 1: Define the Request category

  • Click to Add to define the Request category, Function, Role and Parallel Approved


  • If the same request needs to be shared with any particular employee, then only a parallel approver is required.
  • Once it is defined and saved, the system will generate a code.


Step 2: Define Service SLA Time (Hrs)

  • Mention the Time in Hours and click on update button to save.
  • SLA will help to prioritize the request.
