Functionality: This report provides a comprehensive analysis of the investments submitted by employees in Forms B and C, including their approval status

  • Report 1: Details Submitted by Employees: This report presents the complete investment submitted by employees, including approved and partially approved, unapproved statuses.
  • Report 2: Investment Details-Payroll: This report exclusively presents the approved amounts of investments for payroll either submitted by employees or entered by Admin

Path – Home >>  Payroll >>  Pay Reports >>  Investment Report

 

Report 1: Details Submitted by Employees

  • Select the report type from the dropdown menu. 
  • Provide the employee number for a specific employee or leave it blank for all employees' records. 
  • Choose the form from the dropdown menu. 
  • Select the financial year and select the investment type, or choose "all" for all types, and click on "investment summary."
  • Download the report in excel format to reconcile.

Report 2: Investment Details-Payroll

  • Select the report type from the dropdown menu. 
  • Provide the employee number for a specific employee or leave it blank for all employees' records. 
  • Choose the pay structure and pay month and click on "investment summary."
  • Download the report in excel format to reconcile.
