Functionality: Enable to add employee's additional information in bulk if necessary

Accessibility: Admin role only


Step 1:To upload misc. information, review the below screen for available details; if not available, please use the same screen to add and then go to the upload screen to upload the information. 

Path: Home>>Configuration>>HRIS>>Employee Additional Info

  • View the details if not available, click to add

  • Enter all required details and click to save

Step 2: 

Path: Home>>Data Upload>>HRIS>>Employee Misc Info

  • Download the Template  

Step 3: Prepare the data in the given format only 


Step 4:

  • Copy & paste details on screen
  • Click on Import

Message will display 

  • Uploaded Successfully 
  • Click on Show Log to verify the uploaded records
