Functionality: It provides a consolidated view of self and team members applied, approved, and balanced leave reports.

1.1 Process for team leave calendar

Path: Home>>Leave>>Reports>>Team Leave Calendar

Step1:

  • Select the leave structure and leave type from the drop-down.
  • Select month or period and the reportees type from the drop-down as required.




Step2:

  • Click on any highlighted calendar date (e.g.- 2, 4)
  • Employee's leave details will display next to the calendar on right side, along with leave type and employee's name and id.



1.2 Process for self Leave Balance Statement

Path: Home>>Leave>>Reports>>Leave Balances Statement



Steps: Select the date and click to show report



This report displays the entire leave details (opening, accrued, taken, adjusted and balanced) on leave-categorized basis.


1.3 Process for self View balance

Path: Home>>Leave>>Reports>>View Balances



Steps:

  • Select the date range and leave type from the drop-down
  • Click to Summary or details

The summary report displays the leaves in self bucket for the year.


The details report displays the applied leave along with the leave date and approved status.
