Functionality: It helps to assign a position to an employee, which is available in the position attribute. 

Accessibility: Admin Role only


Process: 

Path: Home >> data upload >> HR Desk >> Employee Position

  • Download the template and prepare the data in the same format.
  • Paste data or select an Excel file and click to import.
  • Copy the same position name from Position Attribute to avoid the error in the designation and import it. 
  • After the upload, the employees can be seen in the organization Chart


The message will display successfully imported

Note: If there are any updates or changes to an employee's position, upload a new position, and it will automatically display. In a separate employee case, the position will display as vacant.
