Functionality: Allow to view employee's regular attendance, exceptions cases along with leaves & holidays summary

Accessibility: Admin role only


Process:

Path: Home>>Attendance>>Reports>>Attendance with Exceptions



Steps:

  • Select the desired report from the drop-down
  • Provide the employee number, or keep it blank for all employee record 
  • Select the date range and click to view report
  • Download in excel if required




Exception Cases:

  1. Attendance Group Not Attached

  2. Shift Mismatch

  3. In-Time Missing

  4. Out-Time Missing

  5. Holiday

  6. Hourly Leave Entry Found

  7. Leave Entry Found

  8. No Shift Defined

  9. Short Work Hours

  10. Unapproved leaves should be marked accordingly in Remarks Column
