Functionality:

  • Offer functionality to manage and track the organization's onboarding process and policies within the HRIS.

  • Admin can create and maintain onboarding checklists, documents, and policy information.

  • Provide a centralized location to access and update onboarding materials and policies.

  • Ensure that employees are informed and aware of the latest policies and updates.

  • Display a notification popup when a new policy is added or an existing policy is modified.
  • Employee can only view the most recent rules published

Process- 

Path :  Home>>Configuration>>Policy and Manuals

  • Click on Add 




  • Enter all the necessary details.

  • Click on the “Attach” document if any.

  • Click on Save & Notify to send an email notification




Note:  Do not use any special characters like'&' or single quotes in the above fields, and the size of the attachment is acceptable up to 5MB.
