Functionality:  Allows admin to add new or existing training schedules for employees with schedule validity.

Accessibility: Admin role only


Process:

Path: Home>>Training>>Administration>>Training Schedule



Step1: Click to add

Step2:

  • Select course type and course name from the drop-down
  • Enter from and to date and nomination date must be before the scheduled from date
  • Enter location and contact details (Contact person name, number and email id)
  • click to save



Step2:

  • Click on Icon to Delete & Edit the existing schedule.
  • Click on Action to Rescheduled Training

Step3:

  • Click Get New Dates 

  • Modify existing date and click to save
  • Email notifications will be triggered for employees and trainees.
