Functionality: It allows to add the employee in bulk & single.

Process to add Single employee-


Path - Home - HRIS>>Employee Master>>Add/Edit Employee (For Single Employee)

Step 1:

  • Click on Add new Employee

Step 2:

  • Fill all highlighted details (Title, First Name, Last Name, Gender, DOB)
  • Click on Personal information

Step 3 :- 

  • Professional details - Fill all required details




Step 4 :- 

  • Go to address information and fill all required details




Step 5 :-

  • Fill  joining details and other mandatory details



Step 6 :-

Path - Attendance >> in-process >> attach attendance group

  • Select Attendance Group from Date of joining and save
  • Attach Roster from date of joining and Save



Process to add the employees in Bulk

Path -  Home>>Data Upload>>HRIS>>Employee Master Upload

Step 1

  • Download the Template  


Step 2:

  • Align the employees in the prescribed format only 
  • Paste the Data on employee master screen



Step 3:

  • Click on Import

Step 4:

  • After import Message will display uploaded Successfully 
  • Click on Show Log to check the status if any
