Process to add Single employee-
Path - Home - HRIS>>Employee Master>>Add/Edit Employee (For Single Employee)
Step 1:
- Click on Add new Employee
Step 2:
- Fill all highlighted details (Title, First Name, Last Name, Gender, DOB)
- Click on Personal information
Step 3 :-
- Professional details - Fill all required details
Step 4 :-
- Go to address information and fill all required details
Step 5 :-
- Fill joining details and other mandatory details
Step 6 :-
Path - Attendance >> in-process >> attach attendance group
- Select Attendance Group from Date of joining and save
- Attach Roster from date of joining and Save
Process to add the employees in Bulk
Path - Home>>Data Upload>>HRIS>>Employee Master Upload

- Download the Template
Step 2:
- Align the employees in the prescribed format only
- Paste the Data on employee master screen
Step 3:
- Click on Import
Step 4:
- After import Message will display uploaded Successfully
- Click on Show Log to check the status if any
