Functionality: Enable the attachment of a role to employees based on their responsibilities, such as finance, HR, and admin.

Accessibility: Admin role only


Process:

Path: Home>>Configuration>>System Security>>Role Attachment

Step 1:

  • Select Role Name
  • Enter a login ID or User Name and click to add

Step 2:

  • Select Pay structure and Move to right by clicking on Arrow >
  • Same for all Payroll enter screen & organization master
  • Enter date 
  • Click Save, Role attached successfully


Note: In case you want to give a user HR access but restrict him/her from entering any payroll data, don't select any head from the payroll entry screens.
