Functionality: It allows you to create a letter template, such as an appointment letter, a confirmation letter, etc. 

Accessibility: Admin Role only


Process:

Path: Home >> HR Desk >> Letters >> Create Letter Template


Steps 1:

  • Click to new letter to create a new template  and select letter type

  • or Select saved template to modify existing template

  • Enter the new letter name and effective date for new letter creation


Step 2

  • Design letter as per the template or paste your standard template
  • Use insert Tags to automate name and other details etc.

Note: for insert tag 

  • Go to you template and click on the space where you need to use the tag to fetch the data from the system.
  • Use the keys to align the body of the letter and save it.
