Functionality: The monthly attendance report involves organizing and summarizing attendance data for each employee over the course of a month.

Accessibility: Admin Role only

Process -

Path - Home>>Attendance>>Reports>>Monthly Attendance

Step 1:

  • Select the Month from dropdown
  • Click on Show In /Out Time if needed
  • Enter "From Employee" to "To Employee" to generate specific employees report  or keep it blank for all employees
  • Select type of Location if needed 

Step 2:

  • Report displays Absent /Present details, In/out Time, shift details and Total working hrs
  • Click on " i " icon to view all abbreviations.
