Functionality: The monthly attendance report involves organizing and summarizing attendance data for each employee over the course of a month.
Accessibility: Admin Role only
Process -
Path - Home>>Attendance>>Reports>>Monthly Attendance
Step 1:
- Select the Month from dropdown
- Click on Show In /Out Time if needed
- Enter "From Employee" to "To Employee" to generate specific employees report or keep it blank for all employees
- Select type of Location if needed
Step 2:
- Report displays Absent /Present details, In/out Time, shift details and Total working hrs
- Click on " i " icon to view all abbreviations.
