Functionality:  An attendance group is typically a categorization or grouping of employees based on specific rules or requirements related to attendance and work schedules. These rules are often tailored to meet the needs and specifications of clients. I.e., swipe not require, Overtime Policies etc.

It has to be attached before Roster.

Accessibility: Admin Role only


Process:

Option 1: For single employee

Path: Home>>Attendance>>In-Process>>Attendance Group

Step 1:

  • Select the desired group from the drop-down  or "Not Attached" 

Step 2:

  • Select the employees
  • Select New Attendance Group and mention the effective date
  • Click on Attach


Option 2: For bulk upload

Path: Home>>Data Upload>>Attendance>>Attendance Group


Steps:

  • Download the template and prepare the details according to the template
  • Paste data & click to import

  • After import, message will be displayed "uploaded Successfully"
  • Click to Show Log to check the uploaded data
