Functionality: This report involves organizing and summarizing leave-taken data for an employee for the selected duration.

Accessibility: Admin role only

Process :-

Path: Home>>Leave>>Report>>Leave Taken Reports

Steps to Follow

  • Select Leave Type to view for single type, Default All type

  • The default date range is the current month.

  • Select "From" & "To" dates as per required range

  • Default Employee number will be blank to view for all employee

  • Enter Employee number to view  employee-wise

  • Click on Show Report

  • All leave-taken data will shown in the Report
