Functionality: Allows to map paid income tax challan details and map the employees to generate an annexure report through the system, and the same annexure report can be submitted to the income tax department for return filling.

Path: Home>>Payroll>>e-TDS>>Challan Details

Step 1:

  • Select TAN, financial year and quarter.

Step 2:

  • Acknowledgment Number
  • Click to Add Challan
  • Enter all required details and click to save

Step 3:

  • Once saved, Click : Employee Mapping Folder icon

Step 4:

  • Click to Employee List
  • Select All employee
  • Click to Save
