Functionality: Allow modifications or additions to the address of an employee's records.

Accessibility: Admin & Self Login (ESS)

Process for Admin: Login through Admin

Path: HRIS<<Employee Master<<Add/Edit Employee

Step 1:

  • Enter Employee Id
  • Click on details

Step 2:

  • Select address field

Step 3

  • Click on Edit
  • Add or modify all details and click to save

Process: For self-login (ESS) - Login to self

Path: Home>>Personal Details 


  • Click on details
  • Select the address field, update the information and save. 

Note: Once saved through ESS, it will go for approval by HR/ADMIN. Once approved, it will be reflected in the employee's records.
