Functionality : Allow to update the CC email address for notifications
Accessibility : Admin Role Only
Process:
Path - Home>>Configuration>>HRIS>>Add Edit Event Alert
Select the notification
Provide the preference & click to save
Approver:
If reporting manager approve leave application then mail notification will be sent to applicant.
Same mail notification copy will be mark to HR/Admin and also to the reporting manager.
If mail notification of leave are not working then you need to check below mention points:
You need to check whether employee mail id are entered in the system through Hr/Admin role.
HRIS<< Employee Master<<Add/Edit Employee
- Enter Employee Id and click to Personal Info
If Company mail id is blank then provide mail id and save.
