Functionality: It allows administrators to designate a parallel approver for a specific level.
Accessibility: Admin Role Only
Process:
Path: Configuration >>Work flow Rules>>Define Approval Rules >> Leave Application
Step 1: Select Workflow Level :2
Step 2: Select Approver id from the drop down list, in case if approver is not in the list then you can add new approver by pressing ‘Add’ button
Provide Employee No and click on ADD button
Step 3: Added New Approver will display in this Box
Available Employees: whom you can move to approver for employee section to assign the approver to use arrow <<
