Functionality: 

  • It is the process of manually record clock-in and clock-out time for employees.

  • Manual entry offers flexibility, allowing for accurate attendance record.

Accessibility: Admin Role only


Process:

Path : Home>>Attendance>>Records>>Add Clock In/Out Manually

Step 1: 

  • Click on Generate List


Step 2:

  • Select desired records or all records
  • Update the missing clock in/out details, add approver comment. 
  • Click to save

Step 3 : Non Aligned Data In/Out Punch - This screen is used for both In/Out missed punch.

  • Add missed in/punch data 

  • If the night shift or outdate changes, you can change the date

  • Click to regularize and authorize.

  • Click on Excel if you want to download the records.
