The steps to add Holiday list in Emportant are as follows:-
1)Login Access Role:- HR
2)Path:- Leave->Leave Records->Holiday Master
3)Select the Year for which you want to add holiday.
4)Click on Add
button and fill in the details related to the Holiday event.
5)Enter Holiday Name
6)Select Holiday Type
7)Enter Holiday Date
8)Select Pay Structure and then General.
8)If you want to enter Holiday type based on Location,PTAX,Department,etc then select from Applied To Employee Group Based On
9)After selecting from the above option you will able to see Applicable To and Not Applicable To,select appropriate values.
10)Click on Save to complete the process.
11)Follow the above steps from 1 to 10 to add more holidays.
