ADD New Roster:
HRMS >> Configuration >> Attendance >> Roster Definition >> Add New
 
Kindly provide below mention details
 
  • Provide Roster Name
  • Provide Description as same as Roster Name
  • Provide Remarks as same as Roster Name
  • Provide Roster Start Date from the Calendar
  • Select Roster Type as  Non- Cyclic(if there is change in shift and week - off t in every week)
  • Select Department as required
  • Provide No of Week  as 52.
  • Scroll down and select the shift (General or as require)
  • Select Sunday as week off and 2nd and 4th or as per requirement Saturday as week off
  • Click on “Save” button.
