Path: Configuration>>Time Sheet>>Setup
Step 1 | Click on Add to create new Time Sheet |
Step 2 | Enter Time sheet Name, Time sheet Type Weekly / Daily |
Step 3 | Weekly Off can be defined as per selection day |
Step 4 | When you want to Start you Weekly Time sheet select Week Start Date /Date |
Step 5 | Max Draft Allowed- Employee can keep pending Maximum two draft |
Step 6 | Enable Entry for non Billable worked hours & Enable Entry for start and end time |
Step 7 | Label can be set for Billable & Non Billable hours |
- Click on save
- Below List of time sheet
- Click Edit to modify some fields like time sheet Name , Max draft allowed, label of billable & non billable.
- Click to delete time sheet
- Note: TIme sheet can only delete if its not attached to employee
