Step 1: Click to Add new time sheet

Note: Time sheet can be Weekly or Daily as per configuration


Step 2:  Weekly Time Sheet

  • Select Month & Week ( 1 / 2 / 3 / 4)  Below particular week details will display as per Configuration 
  • Click on + Sign to Add multiple record on same day 
  • Click – Minus Sign to Remove records
  • Click Clear  to remove all details from particular field.
  • Click to Make Draft or Submit 
  • Pending – It goes for approval can be modified till approved 
  • Draft – Can be deleted all records unless you submit it will show in draft

Step 2:  Daily Time Sheet

  • Select date, Enter all details and hours employee remarks  
  • Click on + Sign to Add multiple record on same day 
  • Click – Minus Sign to Remove records
  • Click Clear  to remove all details from particular field.
  • Click to Make Draft or Submit 
  • Pending – It goes for approval can be modified till approved 
  • Draft – Can be deleted all records unless you submit it will show in draft


Step 3: Time sheet Report

  • Select Time sheet Status 
  • Filter to select project & View report
