HRIS<<Employee Master<<Add/Edit Employee<<Add New Employee
Step 1:
- Click Add New Employee
Step 2:
- Enter all the Required details in Employee Master
Step 3:
- Enter /Select the required yellow fields
Step 4:
- Enter /Select the required yellow fields
- Kindly avoid given special characters(!,@,#,$,%,<^,&,*,:,”,:,',[],{})
- You can provide these characters like comma, dot, open-close bracket, hyphen, front-back slash.
Step 5:
- Select desired Pay Structure & Enter Date of Joining
Note: Date should in the current open payroll period or Past date, future date of joining should be avoided.
*If you are processing Payroll from System*
Step 6:
Note: Roster Details is configurable Screen
- Select Attendance Group & Roster Details and save
- Click Save to get Popup message,If you click Yes then Notification will goes to employee.
NOTE: If you are not getting any POPUP message ,then check your POPUP settings in currently using Browser.
