Confirmation Date of New Employees


The Confirmation Date can be either entered as same as Joining date or Past Date. It cannot be entered as Future Date according to system validation.

In case Confirmation Date is left blank then the Employee will be automatically get confirmed after the Expected confirmation date or Probation End date.

The Expected Confirmation date can be changed from HRMS->Employee Details->Employee Master screen Click on Joining details link for respective Employee then Click on edit ->Change Expected confirmation date an click on save.
