No date in View In/Out and Attendance Report


The most common reason discrepancy in Attendance reports and View IN/Out happens when Employee is doing clock-in and clock-out but does not have any Shift mapped for that day.


To View In/Out Details , kindly go to below path:

Attendance >> View In/Out Details

  • Enter employee number

  • Select From and To Date and then click on “Generate List” button.


If there is no result shown then kindly check below mention things:


1)  Check whether any roster is attached to the employee. In case Roster is  not attached then goto this menu :


  • Login with Attendance role

  • Menu path: Attendance >> Processing >> Roster attachment

  • Enter employee no

  • Click on Add & then attach the Roster to the employee. Give the date from which the roster should be attached to that employee.

   


2)  You can also attach roster in bulk to many employees at a time To do this, go to:


  • Login with Attendance role

  • Menu path: Attendance >> Processing >> Roster Bulk Attachment

  • Select roster

  • Select All Employees

  • Select date from which want the new Roster to be applicable

  • Click on Save


3)  Check whether biometric card is mapped to the employees or not, if it is not mapped then kindly map to the employees from the below mentioned path:


  • Login with Attendance role

  • Menu path: Attendance >> Biometric/Card Tagging

  • Enter employee id

  • Click on “Add New Card”

  • Enter the Card No and From and To date

  • Click on Save
