If shift is not attached then

Path: Attendance->Shift Schedule Details->Enter employee number & select date to see the shift.


If there is no result shown then,


1)  Check whether any roster is attached to the employee. In case Roster is  not attached then go to this menu :


  • Login with Attendance role

  • Menu path: Attendance >> Processing >> Roster attachment

  • Enter employee no and Click on Add & then attach the Roster to the employee.


  • Provide the date from which the roster should be attached to that employee and click on save button.

   

2)  You can also attach roster in bulk to many employees at a time To do this, go to:


  • Login with Attendance role

  • Menu path: Attendance >> Processing >> Roster Bulk Attachment


  • Select roster

  • Select All Employees

  • Select date from which want the new Roster to be applicable

  • Click on Save button.
